Service Description

30 minutes Reiki treatment. (Please note I'm in PST) If these times don't work for your time zone, contact me for special scheduling. ~ Distance Reiki sessions are done from the comfort of your home. There's no need to be on the phone or video chat during the treatment, but please plan to be laying down comfortably with no disruptions. For first time clients, I recommend a short 5 minute phone call prior to the session to chat about your goals for the treatment. If you have an intention you may write it down to have nearby during the treatment. ~ Reiki (pronounced “Ray Key”) is a non-invasive, non-manipulative Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki promotes natural healing in the body. It addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual discomfort. Reiki facilitates a feeling of well being, often lasting for several days. It is also referred to as a form of energy medicine. Reiki heals by flowing through energetic blocks in the body. It calms the sympathetic portion of the autonomic nervous system or the “fight or flight” sensation in the body. Reiki allows for the parasympathetic or the “rest and digest” portion of the autonomic nervous system to ignite. When your body shifts into this calming and peaceful phase, you relax and healing occurs naturally.
